Theater Rampe

Theater Rampe is an independent authors’ theater in Stuttgart existing for 30 years. In 2012 the directors changed and we were commissioned to develop a new visual identity. The theater should be presented as a location for participative and sociopolitical forms of theater. At the core of the identity lies a custom built typeface, developed by us. It is used in every media to ensure consistency, while having a diverse visual language.

As the theatre has no fix company, it changes drastically from performance to performance. The logo’s appearance, set in the house-typeface, is also variable and can be changed by adding letters in any number.  The main logo is the minimal configuration THTR RMPE.
